Grandsons ages 3,5,and 6 love the tiles. Best part is that when they build a project it stays together long enough to show it off to family members rather than collapsing with the slightest jiggle.

Awesome product! I bought this for my 4 year old son. I got the idea from one of his daycare teachers last year when he attended daycare. They said the kids love the Magna-Tiles. It's been about 6 months now since he has attended daycare because he now is in K4. He was so excited to open the gift at Christmas time. He plays with it everyday and so does my 6 year old son. They both love it! It's one of the few gifts they received that they actually continue to play with! It's a great buy.

The children in my son's three year old class love the magnatiles. I had all the parents pitch in and for a very little amount of money per family, the children have one of the most entertaining activities. The only concern the teacher had was that they got scratched almost as soon as the children started playing with them. So they don't look as pretty, but the kids don't really care. She also noted that because of their age, they are not very interested in stacking them and seeing the colors they make. Otherwise, and as far as the children are concerned they are the "best".

My son plays with these at day care all the time so we purchased a set for him at home for his birthday. He was very happy. Kids of all ages play with them. This is one of those rare toys that will be enjoyed for many years.

Our 2.5 yr old son has played more with this toy than any other. We make boats and houses together, and even a tower into which he stacked all his Thomas trains. I love its educational value - it gives an intuition for geometry that will be so valuable.
