I Love Snowy Owls! April 12, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
She is one of the cutest toys that I ever got in my whole life! She looks real, and she looks just like Harry Potter's owl, Hedwig.
WHOOOOOOOOO!!! March 9, 2006 Mary Barker (Chicago, IL USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is one of my favorite plushes that I have purchased on amazon. It is not only a puppet where you can flap it's wings but it has a marionette neck stick so you can rotate its head. And even though it has the internal neck feature you can still hug it without worry of brakage. The wings also have velcro attachments so you can rest his wings behind him as a real bird would when perched. An EXCELENT job Folkmanis! :)
People of all ages! November 17, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
People of all ages will love this puppet! My mom got it for me last year, and I absolutely fell in love with it the moment our eyes met. =) Not literally, of course, but the eyes hold another realistic touch to my buddy. Stick your hand right into this cute owl and you can use it to flap his/her wings, as well as use the stick inside to rotate your owl's head a full 360 degrees! You don't have to grope around for the stick...it's right there, in the same convenient place all the time. The beak is made of a fine, durable leather, and the markings and coat are realistic. This owl is not only a puppet, but is very soft and cuddly and can pass for a loved stuffed animal as well. The stick does not make it any less cuddly...you can't even feel it! The feet and talons have realistic tufts of white fur on them. Overall, I hope you get this new member of the family...something you AND your kids will cherish! (Or maybe you just want to get it for yourself). If you don't purchase this loving friend, you'll really be missing out.
Adorable and life-like July 7, 2006 PDA (Madison, NJ) We bought two of these owls for my daughter and her friend who are Harry Potter fanatics. The moving head makes it so lifelike and it is so cute. Highly recommended!
Harry Potter Hedwig hand puppet snowy owl March 29, 2007 Sacred Chapel (California) This photo does not do the product justice. It is an armful, you slip your hand inside and you can turn her head around, flap her wings and you can use a velcro in back to pin the wings back. She is large, (not huge), very soft, cuddly, like a plush toy, beautiful eyes, face, wings, coloring, a masterpiece! I love her.
