4 out of 5 stars Fun for all ages   January 16, 2008

This piano is great. I have three children aged 1 1/2, 3 1/2, & 4 1/2 and they love it. Be careful not to let anyone carry it by the top because it could pop off or knock it over because the keys could come loose. The only thing I would change about this piano is the paper notes. My children feel the need to pull them off. I wish they were painted on. All in all this is a great piano for the money and my children haven't stop playing with it since we got it.

5 out of 5 stars Use it to teach respect!   June 28, 2008

If you're looking for a toy piano that your kids can pound on, this is not the one. Buy a Fisher Price plastic electronic one if that's what you want.
If you're looking for a nice first instrument that you can use to teach your kids to respect musical instruments as well as play, this is the one. It's made of wood. It has keys. It's a piano. It can take some abuse but not alot. It also looks nice in a kid's room and sounds reasonably good for a small kid's piano.
This is not disposable. If treated right, it's something that you'll keep for your kid to pass on to their kids.

5 out of 5 stars Excelent choice!   January 2, 2008

This was a Christmas present for my 2.8 year old and was a big hit. He really loves music and my husband is a good piano player so it is a good start to learn his first steps into piano. I really like that is a traditional little piano, not complicated, not electric, just what a little kid needs, and I also think this is a really good brand for wooden toys.

4 out of 5 stars Melissa & Doug Learn-to-Play piano   July 14, 2008

I purchased the piano for my grandddaughter who lives out of state. Her mom said it is adorable, likes the idea it came with an instruction book. My granddaughter is still young and is not quite the pianist, so she is not utilizing it like an older toddler.
I will be going to see her next month and will have the chance to see the piano first hand.

5 out of 5 stars Very cute and tons of fun!   August 17, 2008

We bought the piano for our 3 year old. He noticed the letter and colors noting the different keys right away. It comes with a book that teaches how to play the songs. He loves to sing and play his piano!
