Our 3 1/2 yr old doesn't get to play with this puzzle very often because we have smaller children around that will eat the pieces. When we do get it out, it seems to hold her interest as long as we do it with her. Good challenging puzzle for her. We hope to see some progression on her ability to do it by herself.

This is a nice set for a gift. It's a set of four small puzzles. The puzzle pieces have a corresponding shape on the back so you can tell which pieces go with each picture, and the box is divided inside to keep them organized. The puzzles are a little small than I expected, so check the dimensions. The same quality you would expect from Melissa and Doug products.

This is a great puzzle. You have four different puzzles in one. The back of the puzzle pieces are marked with a different shape so they won't all get mixed up.

It is amazing watching him put these together. After a few days he could do them all by himself and pretty fast. He loves them and it is fun watching him figure it out. The durability of these is great too. The pieces don't fold or bend. Good quality product.

This is a great set. Each puzzle is made of wood, and has a shape stamped on the back so you know which pieces go together when you have a pile of them. The box it comes in has 4 separate compartments to keep each puzzle in it's own little area. I love that. Also has a lid which is nice. The puzzles seem very sturdy and the colors are so vibrant. The kids love these, and I look forward to purchasing different sets.
