My 5 yr. old hugs & holds her puppy alot. Great addition to the rest of her collection. It's cute & cuddly & it's the perfect pet for her right now. Seller shipped fast. Child is happy. Another great buy on Amazon!

When we received our Webkinz Beagle, it was packaged poorly. The corner of the package was torn and the beagle's ear was showing. Better care should have been used in packaging this product. Other than that, the product was satisfactory.

This little dog is adorable and my daughter loves it [as she does all of her Webkinz creatures]. This one is particularly cute. I would not consider this nor any of these toys educational.

My 5 year old likes the dog, but she LOVES the webkinz site. She has built a mansion for her dog and tends to it daily. The games are fun for her. We now have to limit her computer time, because she would stay on Webkinz all day long.

For the past few weeks, my daughter has been trying to go into "My Home" but every time without fail she gets logged out and gets the message "Try again later". We've tried it at different times of the day to no avail. Total waste! When you try to look for an email or phone number for tech support, you find none. Tech support is nonexistent. My other daughter is able to do everything with her Webkinz so I don't know what's going on with this one.
