I was surprised by what this box set had too offer, my concerns where that it would be nothing more then an excuse at seeing a bunch of guys naked but as it happens I found disc 1 a very good introduction as a yoga work out. Very easy to follow and nothing to difficult. I have been doing it on a regular basis ever sincce. Disc two I found more of a challenge and Disc 3 and 4 involving partner routines had alot to offer and I look forward to exploring in time.

I was suprised at the superior quality of the instruction in this video series. I have been taking yoga classes for several years and the techniques shown here are definitely the real thing. That said, these are also some of the most erotic videos I have seen. I only wish Aaron would set up a studio in my city.

Despite anybody reservations regarding nudity once you get into the very well put together routines you become fully concentrated in the messages on your intention and the practice becomes an amazing experience.
I highly recommend these videos not only for the pleasure of practicing in the nude but also for the depth of the teachings.

I watched all 4 DVD's. I think everybody should watch these videos. The pratice of great teaching of yoga was exciting. Aaron did a wonderful job of teaching, he went into depts about each exercise... Thank You, Don
