The best biographical portrait of the Blue Angels. February 21, 1998 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This video captures the excitement, fun, and beauty of the Blue Angel's performance. It also presents the dedication required and given by all members of the Blue Angel's team, including the pilots and the ground crew. To this date, this is the best video history of the Blue Angels produced. END
This is the best Blue Angel biography in the world. October 13, 1997 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
In this video Dennis Quaid takes a demo flight with the Blue Angels and introduces the pilots and all the members of the orginization. Later on in the video all of the jets the Blues have flown are shown and the original team leader is interviewed. This is a great video and I'm sure you will enjoy it. END
Take it from a Hornet driver...this is a great video. December 21, 1998 naviator@aol.com (Atsugi, Japan) This video really shows what the team is all about. The historical show season this video covers includes their European tour in which they demo in former Warsaw pact nations including a show in Moscow. You will enjoy this video.
Seen it too many times to count March 18, 2007 John A. Mulgrew (San Leandro, CA) What realy makes this documentary is the Blues team for that year. Some of the greatest pilots with the humblest and greatest attitudes. On top of that the whole Blues program is an outstanding display of real concern for safety and a formidable example of team work. I love planes, but these guys made this real special. I was so impressed with them that I bought lunch and showed it to my leadership staff at work.
The best March 30, 2007 C. Fleming Quite possibly the best Blue Angels documentary out there. Does a great job showing how hard all the pilots and support crew work behind the scenes to get every show in the air. This will definitely leave you with a much better appreciation of exactly what goes on during an air show.
