Need this on DVD April 24, 2008 JC (CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I can't beleive this hasn't comeout on DVD. It's a classic and one that I would love to watch, but with new technology and no VCR, I can't. Classic, romantic, and touching film! A must see. Timeless
If you are not sure what you believe heaven is like... August 16, 1999 MCADAMSR@MSN.COM or Robert (Murfreesboro, TN) I have read some of the other reviews and agree that men relate well to this movie. I was intriqued from the beginning to the end. There was never a problem knowing where the movie was going but it was an emotional and suspenseful ride all the way through.
Where is Heaven Beyond Outer Space or Above the couds? June 23, 1999 Where is Heaven Beyound Outer Space or a bove the coluds or in the clouds? Love Danny
A Truly Wonderful Story March 5, 2008 Rower (Leverett, MA USA) This is an favorite of mine, and I can't understand why it hasn't come out on DVD. It's one of the slyest told stories I've ever seen, with more and more connections surfacing after each viewing. It is clearly a New-Age (or New-Age-Like) perspective, but it came out before that had become a worn-out, and frankly, boorish thing. Although it flirts with becoming overly sweet, it is so inventive and fresh, in every respect, that it never quite gets there. I don't know why this never became a classic. If you liked "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" you will probably love, Made in Heaven.
Absolutely awe inspiring movie. June 12, 2008 Mr. R. Curtis (UK) Saw this when I was very young, maybe 9 or 10, and it somehow moved me in a visceral way that I simply cannot convey in words. But I never found out what it was called. With the memory of the powerful ending vaguely imprinted on my mind I vowed that I would one day find out the name of this movie. I have been clutching at straws for years trying to figure it out. Only recently did I find out, I'm now 25! I have used the the Warner Brothers comment system on their website to try push for a DVD release. It MUST happen. AMAZON, if you can hear me, please do ALL you can. DVD NEEDED! DVD NEEDED! DVD NEEDED! DVD NEEDED!
