Good looking stand makes your PS3 standout even more. I have mine hooked up in my home theater room were its pretty dark beause i have a front projector so when I'm watching blu ray movies it really looks cool.I have a PS3 80(gb) and door opens up easily dont know what people are talking about.
Great Stand June 20, 2008 Kenny (San Bernardino) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have an 80gb PS3 and this stand does not block any ports. It comes with a usb cord for you to plug into the usb port on your PS3, which then powers the stand its blue color. I have never seen it alternate to red like advertised. Overall, I like this Intec PS3 stand and the light is awesome too.

Could have been a LOT better April 27, 2008 Sean McCall (Queen Creek, AZ) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
What I dont understand is how can people design this Glow Stand and think it's a good idea to put the controller cradle in the back!! It would have looked a lot better in the front and maybe have a little glow thing going on with the cradle itself. but NO, the designers decided to smoke crack instead. Many people probably wouldn't use the cheap cradle it came with anyways. The Glow Stand itself does look cool though. The PS3 fits in there pretty good and blends in nicely, but I dont understand why a lot of reviews say it prevents the PS3 from tipping, because it still wobbles a bit. The Glow Stand connects to the PS3 via a tiny USB cable thats built in the bottom of the Glow Stand (you can use any USB port to connect it, not just PS3). One thing I am glad about is that it has another USB port on the Glow Stand, so you dont use all your ports, since I had all of mine used already that was a great feature. Before I got the Glow Stand, I didn't really think about the blue LED life. So what pissed me off the most is that the first day I got it, all six LED lights worked really good. But all of a sudden one of them stopped working and every now and then it'll start back up, then go off a mintute later (it's OFF more than ON). So it was a bit poorly designed and has some flaws, still with 5 lights and 1 blinking on/off every 5 minutes, it still looks pretty cool. I honestly wouldn't really recommend it to a lot of people out there but if you just want something to put the PS3 in vertically with a little style to it, then I would recommend.
Not a great vertical stand. April 28, 2008 Jared J. Dufrene (Foster, Ky.) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This vertical stand for the PS3 is not that great. The lights on either side cannot be seen when looking at the PS3 head on. If you own a 60 or 80 gig model like I do (60) it prevents you from accessing the memory card slots under the front cover, with is horrible. A great idea that that falls short.
