This game is fantastic! FANTASTIC! If you have played the first Battlefront and enjoyed it, this will be the purchase for you! If you have not played the first, then - at the very least - go to your local game rental place and check this title out!
The controls make take a little getting used to - especailly space combat - but once you get the hang of it . . . you will feel golden! There's nothing like taking down a Star Destroyer piece by piece. And the dog fights are crazy!
And then, you are FINALLY given the option to play as a Jedi! It is simply fantastic! I remember the first time I was allowed to use the Jedi - which is obtained by completing several ingame goals. I jumped into the air - and then jumped again - and then jumped again! I was high above the battlefield! I could see everything! Also, with the lightsaber, you are able to block incoming shots until your stamina wears off.
New classes have been had, the game expanded, the graphics upgraded.
Get this game!!!!

Greatest Star Wars Game Ever. Period. I got this game the day it came out, and I still can't stop playing it. This game has everything that the original one didn't. The new levels are awesome, and the heroes are great. Oh, and it helps that the heroes aren't immortal anymore like in Battlefront 1. Unfortunately, some of the best levels from 1 are missing in 2, such as Bespin and Tatooine. But if you have xbox live, you can get them + 2 heroes for just 4.99. A MUST HAVE FOR ALL STAR WARS FANS AND GAMERS ALIKE!!!

If you liked Star Wars Battlefront I (which you probably did) YOU WILL LOVE BATTLEFRONT II. New maps, space battles, new units, and fight as a jedi!! Huge improvement! 5 stars!

Starwars battlefront 2 you can be a jedi but in multiplayer it's one jedi per level if you die as a jedi you can't become a jedi for that level same for single player and only one of you can be a jedi their are pilots weapon:shotgun regular soldier weapon:unkown unkown:basooka commander weapon:machine gun unknown unknown unkown sniper weapon:sniper rifle vechicles:clone scout walker,clone turbo tank spider droids and the rest ships y wing I think their is a a wing x wing jedi starfighter t-47 airspeeder arc-170 starfighter and more!!! you can fight other jedi's or fight jedi's as a clone in the jedi temple well have fun!!!!

This game is one of the best games out there. I have been waiting so long for the second battlefront after the first one. Now it is a lot cooler since you can now play as the classic jedi or sith charachters from all the movies. I also like how now if you capture a base you can change what class you . I am most impressed by the space battles there are and how there are many ways win and destroy the enemies such as board there ship and blow up the ship from the inside. Also I like all the new classes you can be. If you buy this game you will really enjoy it. I highly recomend this game for a lot of people.
