I have enjoyed this phone since getting. Music capabilities are pretty good for someone like me who is technologically challenged. One drawback for me was some of the pre-loaded games are identified as not compatible for down loading, go figure?!?!. The salesperson in the ATT store says give it a few weeks and it will be compatible. Sound quality is good, my husband always has me repeat things when were in the same room but he seems to hear me fine when we're on the phone.

I really love the battery life of this phone. It lasts a good 8-9 hours talking and or listening to it as a MP3 player or radio. Great music phone with good built in speaker too. Comes with headphones also.

the phone is okay. it is what i expected as far as the function. i like the walkman the most though i occasionally use it.
The only drawback i found so far is that the phone sometimes just got frozen without reason...and i have no way to fix it or understand why it happens!

I've had the phone about a month now and love it. The speakers are great on it (can use the walkman without headphones). I have no complaints. I could see someone complaining about the buttons but unless you are using a knife or caveman toe nails to mash the buttons down, they shouldn't crack.

Really like the phone! But... you really need an unlimited data package (which I don't want to buy) if you want to use any of it's cool features - like the music.
