High price for little memory September 1, 2008 DM (USA) $400 for unexpandable 512 MB of internal flash memory and no option of expanding it with a microSD? Ch-ching$$$ T-mobile won't sell these to current customers upgrading to their current phone. Thanks, T-Mobile. Way to keep the customers loyal.
Why is t-mobile removing this phone from lineup? September 23, 2008 J. Arnold (Chicago, IL) I have had nothing but trouble with this phone. Battery life is next to nil - though this was explained away by the t-mobile reps as a problem with my reception. Apparently when you can't get reception, your phone is constantly searching for service, thus, running the battery down. When I got the phone, it lasted 3-4 days without needing to be charged, and now it lasts less than a day on a full charge. Also, the keyboard is buggy - there is a delay of 5-10 seconds whenever I try to text. I called customer service and based on my issues and the fact that this phone is still under warranty, I was given the option for an exchange. They offered an even exchange, or I could take the Samsung t819. I was told that Tmobile will not be offering this model Razr anymore, so the phone they have that is most like the Razr is the t819. Now I'm wondering why they are removing this motorola phone from their lineup. Ideas anyone?
