A fine case... protection without feeling cheap September 2, 2008 J. Elkins (Chicago, IL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The silicone rubber skin is a very solid product. It's grippy, but not so much that you can't get it out of your pocket in a hurry to answer a call. It'll pick up a bit of lint in your pocket (as some other users have noted), but not so much that you have to wipe down the phone before using it. The phone with skin installed is slightly more bulky than an unprotected one, but not excessively so. There is a rubber molding seam around the outer edge of the skin, but it's not too obtrusive and actually helps you to hold onto the phone. All of the holes in the skin for plugs, the camera, etc. line up perfectly. Also note that there are openings for the light and proximity sensors in the iPhone's front face. The plastic screen cover that comes with the rubber skin is excellent. I carefully wiped down my screen with the included microfiber cloth, and stuck on the plastic cover. It stuck to the front face of the iPhone with absolutely no bubbles. (Just make sure there's absolutely, positively no dust on the iPhone's face when you apply the cover. Hold the phone up to a bright light to check!) The touchscreen and the proximity and light sensors in the front face all work just as well as before. In short, you won't know the screen protector is even there - which is exactly what you want. Considering the cost of a new phone, this case is cheap insurance at $17-$20. I feel much more at ease carrying my phone around now that it's protected. Highly recommended, especially if you're using a bare iPhone right now.

Buy a cover/case that has a flip down lid thing so that the touch screen face is not constantly getting scratched in your purse/pocket.
Nice iPhone protector August 26, 2008 James Pennington (Sunshine, MD USA) I looked at a number of covers for my iPhone. Many were too bulky (counteracting one of the nicest features of the iPhone), cheaply made, or were just not very protective. I like to carry my iPhone in my pocket since I don't like to wear a phone on my belt. With the MarWare cover and a protective film over the glass, I feel my iPhone is quite protected against the usual bumps (haven't dropped it yet), it still feels slim and trim, and it fits nicely in my pocket. The grip tends to pick up dust and lint rather easily, but it is quickly wiped off. I need to occasionally remove the grip to clean around the edges of the screen, but that is once a month at best. I highly recommend this cover.
Excellent case September 4, 2008 M. J. Goodman This is a great case. It fits my iPhone quite snugly and feels great in my hand. I really like how the case has raised areas to fit the volume and power buttons. I had the Incipio case previously and I like this one (Marware Sport Grip) much better. As others have pointed out, it collects lint prodigiously, but that is an issue with any silicone case. However, I don't mind it very much and still put my phone in my pocket on a daily basis.
Very Nice September 6, 2008 Jack Pinkstaff (Raleigh, NC United States) This case fits like a glove, looks good and feels even better. I use it inside of a holster belt case (I believe it is for a motorola Q series phone) for additional protection. The cutouts for the connectors, speaker, mike etc. register perfectly. Overall a very professionally done piece. I highly recommend it.
