Title speaks for itself. After about a week, all the number keys developed a crack down the center, which is a very common problem with this phone according to Google. After two months, the select/backspace key started having problems, then stopped functioning completely (this is another common problem with this phone). I didn't want to bother exchanging it for another one, since it was bound to develop problems again in a few months and I was planning to travel, so I just switched to my old phone.
The phone itself is very sleek and pretty with a bright high quality screen, but that's it. Just by holding it in your hand, you can feel how flimsy and fragile it is. The aqua metal on the back of the slider has also started to wear away and develop ugly silver streaks. When we first bought it, the saleslady told us to make sure to watch it while it charges and unplug it right away when it is done, or else the battery life would quickly erode. Who has time for that?
My old phone, a Sony Ericsson w800i, which I've dropped more times than I could count and charged overnight for the past 3 years with no problem, could run laps around this junk. I'm surprised that the same company that made such a durable functional phone could also release such a faulty one.
I repeat, two months.

This phone is everything you'd want in a phone, nice looking, clear reception, not bad speakers. Although the speakers sort of sound like tin cans, the ring is loud enough. The battery life is mediocre, not bad but not fantastic either. The phone looks great with a lot of customization options, you can even get it to light up different colors depending on who is calling. Buttons work great and have a good feel to them.
CONS: the headphones were totally defective. I ordered two of these phones and they both were defective. Instead of spitting off like a Y, the part you plug in gets about 4 inches, and one headphones splits off and gives you another 4 inches... and then the other headphone gives you a few feet. basically if you use them you have to have your phone like 8 inches from your ear, which does not work.
ALSO: this phone does not come with the memory card as advertised on sonys website specs for this phone. it also does not have the cool blue walkman logo, it has the stupid looking at&t logo as seen in the picture on here. I had researched the phone on sonys website, and then got this one and didnt notice the difference, still a cool looking phone but i was a little dissapointed, as i cant stand having my carriers logos all over the phone.
also will not let you take pictures without a memory stick, rendering the camera useless unless you want to cough up money for sonys proprietary memory device.
******* GET FREE THEMES ********** instead of paying at&ts 5 dollar per theme rip off price at sonyericsson.com/fun just sign up with your email address and download tons of stuff to your phone for free.
overall a great phone, it would have gotten 5 stars if not for the defective headphones, replacing them is a pain in the rear and this defect has been known about for a while, why they have not corrected it by this time is beyond me.

This phone is so cool. It has so many features that I still dont know about. Tons of music and FM Radio.
Great purchase. I would recommend to anyone.
This is my 3rd phone to purchase through Amazon.com and they do a great job of providing you with the information you need. Dealing with the phone providers is a different story but it has nothing to do with Amazon.com and how they do business.

I have had 5 other sony ericsson's and this one is the best!!! I will only use sony ericsson phones, and this was the best purchase I could have made.

This phone is realy bad, I just got the phone, and Had too many problem with rebooting and disconnecting.
Amazon Customer serveice with bad too, the only answer I got from them is cancel the order.
