Put simply, this product does what it says. Just go to the Samsung website and download the proper software for free for your specific phone, so no need to buy a CD from another seller.

Get one of these!!! i have the A-747 Samsung phone from AT&T. synced all my contacts from old phone via computer software, also can input and fix all address book entries. Can use phone as a modem for laptop, and use phone as a mass storage device for all pics and music.
Couldn't have survived w/out this usb phone cord!

This product did not fit my Samsung A737, despite the description stating that it does. Not worth returning at this price.

I have the Samsung Blast and just as advertised this is the cord only and does not come with the software. I went to samsungs website and downloaded the PC suite in less than 2 mins I was transfering files from my pc to my phone. I've made 6 ringtones so far.

This cable worked with zero problems. The software for transferring data can be gotten from Samsung's website with 0 probs, either. Don't pay extra for a cable with a disk - it's not necessary.
